After payment is confirmed, orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.Actual dispatch time may vary depending on the order.

4. Where do you deliver?

Our delivery service currently covers Australia only.Delivery to locations outside Australia is not supported at this time.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and shipping details.You may also track your order on the order tracking page using the email address or phone number used at checkout.

6. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet entered packing or shipping and the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order, you may apply for cancellation.If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may request a return after receiving the item in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.

7. Can I return or exchange an item if I am not satisfied?

8. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned to the original credit card used for payment.Depending on the processing time of the card issuer, refunds are usually credited within 1–3 business days.
