Delivery services are available within Australia only. Delivery to other countries or regions is not supported.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.After dispatch, delivery is estimated to take 5–10 business days, depending on logistics arrangements and delivery location.

  • Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via Australia Post, StarTrack, or Toll.

  • Shipping Fees
    • Orders with a total value of AUD 99.99 or more (including AUD 99.99) qualify for free shipping.

    • Orders below AUD 99.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 5.99.

  • Taxes and Tracking

Applicable taxes are included in the product price.Once shipped, you will receive an email containing order and tracking details, allowing you to monitor the delivery status online.

6. Order Cancellation

If an order has not yet entered the shipping or logistics process, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order.Once the order has been handed over to the carrier and is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

If an order has already been shipped and you wish to change your purchase decision, you may submit a return request after receiving the item in accordance with our return process.
