Order Cancellation Policy

This Order Cancellation Policy applies to orders that have been paid for through our online store.All orders are processed based on their current system status.

2. Order Status and Cancellation Rules

  • Cancellable Orders

An order may be cancelled under the following conditions:

    • The order has been successfully created and paid

    • The order has not yet entered packing, shipping, or logistics processing

    • The cancellation request is submitted within 48 hours of placing the order

If the above conditions are met, we will review and accept the cancellation request.

  • Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered any of the following stages:

    • The item has begun packing or warehouse processing

    • Shipping information has been generated or the order has been handed over to a carrier

    • The order has been shipped

If an order cannot be cancelled, you may submit a return request after receiving the item in accordance with our return policy.

  • A brief explanation of the cancellation request

We will verify the request based on the current order status.

4. Handling After Cancellation Approval

  • Once a cancellation request is approved, the order will stop further processing

  • If the order has not been shipped, the payment will be moved into the refund process

Whether a refund is successfully completed depends on the order status and the processing time of the payment provider.

5. Important Notes

  • Once an order enters processing or shipping, cancellation may no longer be possible

  • Submitting a cancellation request as early as possible may increase the chance of approval

  • Providing complete and accurate information helps speed up processing
